DogoZX,
Very Nice!!
I have a question for you guys. Where did you put the reservoir and the crank for the rear shock on your bikes? All winter long looking at my bike it has been driving me crazy because I like a clean look on my bike.

Mine is still in a box.
I think I'm just gonna mount the resi and adjuster to the passenger pegs with the brackets that came with it. A guy could fab something up pretty easily to tuck them up under the subframe for a cleaner look... zip ties would even get the job done.

Dogo,BST's would really compliment your suspension,I'd do the ohlins but expensive mods to the 14 seem to upset the war department, the BST's,had to send her to cuba,Ohlins hmmm maybe if I send to her to visit her sister in Victoria I can swing it.

Yes they would... wanna trade my CZ's for your BST's???
I had to send my woman for a weekend at the spa... yeah, the Wynn. Cost more than my Ohlins.

Resi mounted in suggested location with supplied bracket:
Here's the suggest mounting point for the preload adjuster:
May tap a couple holes in the subframe and mount the preload adjuster here:

Let me know what you think of the Ohlins forks/shock. I have them on my race bike and I love them. Where did you get them?

Haven't even been able to ride with the suspension yet... but c'mon, you already know exactly what I'm gonna think.
I purchased from Hard Racing for a cost of "a little over" $3k, resprung and shipped tmd. Shopped around, and they had the best price I could find at the time... However, I've since found out if I had ordered from Superbike Supply, through the sponsor section of zx10r.net, I'd have saved the "a little over".
That is a sweet setup man..

Okay,I'm 165 unsuited,my suspension is tuned for me,I get the feeling from reading this thread that ohlins would be a waste of money for my weight,If thats true I would rather spend my money on the motor.I have found in the past that fresh brake fluid and pads made me happy,I hate my sons brakes on his ZX6RR he has new fluid ,pads and braided lines. His brakes work great but no feel.I blame it on the braided lines
