You can fit a second fan to the radiator, and wire it either into the system or to a manual switch. I've had mine in really hot temps and have no problems, the fan just runs anytime I'm in town. And, I have just the stock single fan. Some guys put Engine Ice or Evans Coolant in as well.

My full system lowers engine temp by about 1 bar. maybe not quite, not in slow stop and go. The heat is still there but it's noticeably less.

Talking about heat, wish there was any subjective way to describe the heat. I went on my first trip and the heat bars were never touching the top mark while moving (engine ice switched) but at times the heat just blows out so much that i can feel it all inside my lower legs, thighs upto the lower abdomen.This is normal i guess? its a 2008 model.
