Riding the 14

Mine is a 2008 that had 300 miles on it in 2008 when I picked it up. Now has 6300 miles so it never gets ridden. It now also has an upright position for the pilot thanks to conventional bars plus Concourse seat plus lowering pegs so the fat guy (me) can ride it.
I took it out for 2 days last week and fergetted just how nice the bike still rides. Cruise is a Throttle Meister which is ok on the hiway. New rubber on it feels great along with an occasional wrist twist it does not take long to scare myself with it.
I still like it enuf that I may give it a bath and massage ........

My bike only sees WD40. Only water is when I get stuck in the rain. 300 miles? I like to hear that excuse it being sold with a few rounds of 'shit scared' of it? Wife is the only other beta male move.

Never tried WD40 as a cleaner and would not know what to expect. I do have a gallon of it on the shelf.
