exhaust sealant

I'm thinking I saw, on some thread, a mention of something like "vulcanizing sealant for exhaust." I also think it said ...Hub said...
But if you, or anybody else, has information on this type of product I'd like to hear about it.

Absolutely Hub. But I just never cease to be amazed by technology these days, so I thought I'd inquire.
Just looking for a high heat sealant which remains somewhat malleable. I have a ceramic coated 06 headder and some M4 slip on headders. There's a net difference of .25mm OD to ID. Iwas going to use muffler repair tape wrapped to the correct thichness. It does harden and would provide no resilience. Of course the original M4 connection is without gasket, just metal to metal. My concern is that if it doesn't work I might not be able to remove the resin from the headder so it can still be used. Well, nothing ventured nothing gained.
