I'll keep it short(?).......New Pirelli Angel ST's on my baby.I had today ONE of the best rides I've ever had.It's 45 degrees out.New Pirellis.Bottom line-these tires are THE best tires I've ever used.Miles ahead of the past Stradas.Unbelieveable the way these things run and feel.AWESOME is really at this point about the best way to describe em without going into detail.Ya'll might want to give these a try-seriously.Great price and excellent performance.These are the Pirelli replacement for the Stradas.They've got a real winner here.Think you guys are gonna hear a lot about these tires in the future.SHHWWEEEETTT!!

I was let down when the new Bridgestones BTs came out.
Let down again when the new Avon Storms came out.
Let down again when the new Dunlop Roadsmarts came out.
All great tires until the front prematurely turns to shit with a little agressive sport-touring riding.

I hope someone finally got it right. The Strada was a great place to start.

Okay-I'll keep ya posted.But one thing's for sure right now-These tires are the BEST I've ever used.You SHOULD IMO try these babys out.40 degrees out today.Went for a spin(yesterday as well).My impression simplistically,they feel like they're stuck to the asphalt-but smooth as glass.Perfect neutral feel.Once in the corner,they aint wigglin anywhere-just planted and smooth.Not once have I had em slip(yet).And some of those roads today were "icy in spots".These guys grip so good it's hard to get used to how smooth they feel.Way leaned over-over a buck twenty-planted. Remember,it was 40 degrees(maybe colder on the pavement).The rubber is definitely made of some different compound from my Stradas(I can tell by running my hand over em,and how the surface appears)-and those were WAY grippy.These are even better.Tar snakes-yeah,got to run down some today-Purposely rode over em.NO SQUIRMING.Just as if they weren't there.A lot of tires "track" with the road surface,you know.These don't.Just point and shoot!VERY COOL.Midcorner corrections-VERY LIGHT pressure.They just go where you "think" them to go.NO DRAMA!!!!!I can't compare these to any others out there-I've only used Pirellis since getting those HORRIBLE Dunlops off my zx12(who's no longer with me).Tried Diablo Rosso's...Diablo Sport Tires.Stradas only on my 14 so far.I won't be going back to those again-and I thought they were excellent tires.Anyone with experience with some of the other ones out there-and are gonna try these new Angels-It would be a better deal to post up your impressions.I've really got no way to compare-but they definitely have WAY surpassed my expectations so far.
