IMO, a Speedohealer would be the best way to go as it is calibratable and can be used for a number of other purposes.
I have read about filing off some kind of ridge on the front sprocket nut. Apparently that is what the speed sensor reads to determine speed. I have never done this mod nor have I had need to yet. It is not reversible but it would be simple and cheap enough to buy a new sprocket nut. The 14 might not do a whole lot more than 186 without at least a good pipe.

this is what im going to use later this summer. I like it over the speedo healer cause it shows actual speed while disabling the limiter

$150 is worth avoiding the need to tear the sprocket off and then have a speedo that is off by %50 all of the time until you put a new nut on there. That's a very nice feature to have the speedo reading adjusted to perfect accuracy and the speed limiter disabled at the same time.
The Speedohealer is what I have always heard. Have you heard any testimonials about the Bonneville?
