Another 4-day NC motorcycle trip last week This time we trailered 3 bikes all the way from Gainesville FL to A Holiday Motel in Maggie Valley and just stayed there all 4 days. I think next time we'd trailer 'em up but move the truck around, cuz the Dragon and Cherohala are a pretty long, boring ride to get to from Maggie (this gettin' old thang ain't much fun ) 3 other Gainesville friends joined us too: 2 trailered up, and one rode his brand new Beemer (not pictured). Our weather was perfect the last week or so, you just missed out on the heat.

I want to go so bad. It’s 16 hrs one way to get there so we always take our annual bike trip to the twisted sisters in West Texas which is about 7 hrs.

Thanks extra, sounds like a good ride/time with some beautiful scenery. But nothing beats the endless flat corn fields here in Indiana in the beauty department.
